Too Much (WTF Is Going On?) (2/19)
WTF is going on? If you've been paying even the slightest bit of attention to the news, perhaps you can relate to that question. If you are someone who values empathy and compassion, if you are a person who cares about the lives of other people, I would imagine you can relate to the feeling that it's all been too much lately.
Maybe WTF? and too much sum up how you've been feeling before you even read the latest headlines. Maybe things are hard in your local community, or in your family, or simply in your own life individually.
Whether it's the shock and sadness of Trump 2.0's nonstop ignorance and cruelty, or whether you feel overwhelmed by something else, let's talk about it. What's been too much lately? What feels scary at the moment? When things that once felt solid feel like they're suddenly collapsing, what can you do? Where can you turn and where should your focus be when so much is unstable? How can you take care of yourself while at the same time showing up others? What will boundaries and self-love / self-care need to look like in this season?
Join me for this special small-group conversation on Wednesday, February 19 at 7pm ET. We’ll connect via Zoom and the event will be limited to eight people, so that everyone gets time to share. It’s good to set aside three hours. I promise the time goes by fast!
Please note: Due to the limited nature of these events, tickets are non-refundable.
You will receive the Zoom link a few days before our time together, followed by a word doc (aka road map aka game plan) on the day of the event.
