The Monday Group (December!)

This is how 2025 wraps up—how we land the plane before the start of something new. I hope you’ll join me for two regular Monday conversations followed by our second annual awards, which is also a reunion. There are five Mondays in December, so we're off for two weeks in a row—December 22 & 29—before firing things back up on January 5, the first Monday of 2026.

It’s been another special year. I continue to be grateful and amazed by what happens in this space—from the stories that unfold to the common threads we find to the connection that takes place. I mean, I got to have a bunch of you over for dinner at my house two Fridays ago. (And yes, my fridge still has drinks left over from that night.) It was really special to get to be together in-person after all the time we've shared on Zoom. I wish it could have been everyone!

A bunch of you have been part of every single month in 2025. That’s not something I ever take for granted, so thank you. If you just jumped in recently, or left and came back, thanks to you as well. You’re all a part of this surprising thing that we call Monday Group. It wouldn’t be the same without you. And… there’s still a place for you here!
