SMALL TALK (11/5)
What is this?
SMALL TALK is a small-group conversation for people who lead small groups. We'll meet via Zoom and space is limited to eight (nine including me) so that everyone gets time to share. Just before we start, you will receive a word doc with a list of questions. These questions will guide us through the time we spend together. There will also be some follow-up questions. And if you want to ask me anything, I'm happy to be an open book.
What exactly will we talk about?
In the group you lead, what's working and what's not? How do you create a setting that feels safe and then how do you maintain it? How does connection happen? Why is Jamie so in love with curiosity? What's the right balance between structure and freedom? What keeps people coming back?
What if I lead a medium-sized group? What if I don't currently lead a group but I'm thinking about it?
You're invited.
When is SMALL TALK happening?
We'll meet via Zoom on Thursday, November 5 starting at 7pm ET and ending at 10pm ET. Three hours might sound like a lot but I promise that the time flies by.
Anything else I need to know?
You will receive the Zoom link via email a day or two before we meet. And then I'll send you one more email with a word doc just before we start. That word doc will serve as the road map / game plan for our time together.
Any fine print?
Due to the limited nature of this event, sales are final. No refunds.
