Small-group conversations began as an experiment. While public speaking allows me to share with a larger audience and coaching lets me interact one-on-one, I was curious about a way to split the difference. I've been leading these groups since 2022. They’ve provided a front-row seat for countless moments of vulnerability, kindness, and connection.

As for this particular topic, it's personal for me. After years of struggling with focus, productivity, and impulse control—all of which took a toll on my relationships and work—I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022. Learning how my brain works has been a game-changer. I’ve been able to replace shame with self-compassion, because I have a better understanding of how I’m wired. As it relates to the present and the future, learning about ADHD has provided tools that help me manage my life.

With this small-group conversation, the hope is to provide a safe setting where people can come together to talk about living with ADHD. Whether it was years ago or more recently, what led to your diagnosis? How has ADHD impacted your relationships and your work? How has it impacted other parts of life? What tools or practices have been helpful? And what challenges do you continue to face as you learn to live with ADHD?

Join me Tuesday, June 16 at 7pm ET. We’ll connect via Zoom and the event will be limited to eight people, so that everyone gets time to share. Please set aside three hours. (I promise it goes by fast!)

Please note: Due to the limited nature of these events, tickets are non-refundable.

You will receive a Zoom link on June 15, followed by a word doc (aka road map aka game plan) on June 16.

From past participants:

"I'm so appreciative of the space to share my ADHD experience not only with people who will listen, but with people who want to listen. Helpful meme accounts are no substitute for the real connection that happens when a small group of individuals going through the same thing (in different ways) get together to talk (and laugh) it out. This experience was magic." —Paige

"I've felt safer and more comfortable in the last three hours than in the last three years." —Joshua

"I've always hated groups. I love these groups." —Charis
