"I’m in a Season of Change” Conversation Ticket (9/29)
Small-group conversations began as an experiment. While public speaking allows me to share with a large audience and coaching allows me to connect one-on-one, I was curious about a way to split the difference. For the last year I've been leading these groups and they have become one of my favorite things, not only professionally but personally as well. I've been able to witness and participate in countless moments of vulnerability, kindness, and compassion.
We recently celebrated one year of these groups. Unexpected friendships were a big theme as we talked at the reunion. There were so many stories of strangers who quickly turned into sources of encouragement and support, like-minded folks helping each other feel seen and heard and understood. The coolest part is that so many of these connections that began during a three-hour gathering online, they're still going strong months and even a year later.
As for this specific topic, "I'm in a Season of Change," in 2020 I moved back to Florida after giving Nashville a try, and then in 2021 I left the organization I started after 15 years. I had a romantic relationship end and then managed to find my way into another round of heartache in 2022. Perhaps you can relate.
Maybe it’s a move. Maybe it’s a career change. Maybe it’s a new baby or maybe your baby just moved out. Maybe it’s a breakup or divorce or maybe you’re stepping into a new relationship. Maybe it’s a combination.
What now? What’s next? How do I decide? What can I hold onto in the midst of transition? Can I be honest about the fear? What do I actually want? What does being healthy look like in this season?
Join me for a conversation on Friday, September 29 at 7pm ET. We’ll connect via Zoom and the event will be limited to eight people, so that everyone gets time to share. We will aim for 9:30 but it's good to set aside three hours. I promise the time goes by fast!
Please note: Due to the limited nature of these events, tickets are non-refundable.
You will receive the Zoom link a few days before our time together, followed by a word doc (aka road map aka game plan) on the day of the event.
